Our Practice
Four locations. One standard.
Whitehouse Station Center for Dentistry is part of a family of New Jersey practices built by Dr. Brian Marino and his wife Kristen, beginning with Pequannock Valley Dental Associates in 2007. Every location they have taken on has been rebuilt around the same idea: better technology, a longer conversation, and a team that stays.
That is what you get here. Comprehensive care under one roof, from routine hygiene to full implant restoration, delivered in a space that was designed to lower your blood pressure rather than raise it.
What We Do
Comprehensive care, quietly delivered.
General, cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry delivered by the same team, in the same building.

The Visit
Here is exactly what will happen.
- 01
Before you arrive
Complete your paperwork at home and send your insurance details when you schedule. We verify benefits in advance, so nothing about cost is discovered at the front desk.
- 02
When you walk in
You are greeted by name and shown where to sit, and the waiting is short. If coming in has made you anxious, say so at the door and we will slow the visit down.
- 03
The comprehensive exam
We examine your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissue, and take the images needed to see what an examination alone cannot. Everything we find goes on a screen where you can see it too.
- 04
The conversation
We walk through the findings in plain language and answer whatever you want to ask. This is the part most practices rush, and it is the part we protect.
- 05
The plan
You leave with a written plan: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what each part costs. Nothing gets scheduled until you have agreed to it.

The Tools
Modern dentistry, without the sales pitch.
Digital Scanning
A small camera records the shape of your teeth, so impressions do not involve trays or putty. The scan appears on screen immediately, which makes it easy to see what we are describing.
3D Imaging
Three dimensional imaging shows bone and root position that a flat picture cannot. It means planning happens before treatment starts rather than during it.
Guided Implant Planning
Implant position is planned on screen against your own anatomy, then carried into the room with a guide. The result is a placement that follows the plan you already approved.
Same-Visit Restorations
Certain crowns and restorations can be designed and produced in the building. Where that applies, it removes a temporary and a second appointment.
Digital Radiography
Digital sensors capture images with less radiation than film and display them in seconds. You see the same picture the doctor sees while it is being explained.
Meet the Doctor
Whitehouse Station Center for Dentistry

Dr. Brian Marino
Dentist and Owner
Dr. Brian Marino earned his dental degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, a year spent handling the full range of cases a hospital sees rather than a narrow slice of them. He founded Pequannock Valley Dental Associates in 2007 and has been building practices around the same standard ever since.

Dr. Anthony Nguyen
General Dentist
Dr. Nguyen is a general dentist dedicated to serve and guide patients towards optimum dental health. Besides his silliness, he takes his time to support both the team and patients, facilitating a fun yet personal experience. With treatment, he utilizes a patient-centric approach: partnering with patients in achieving exceptional dental care.
Reviews
In their words.
How often do you hear someone say, 'I love my dentist'? Well, I certainly do! Whitehouse Station Center for Dentistry offers a straightforward and hassle-free experience every visit. Upon arrival, I'm warmly greeted by one of the friendly staff, and within minutes, I'm receiving excellent dental care. While many people have a favorite hygienist, it's hard for me to pick one because they're all exceptional. Even my fiancé, who used to dislike going to the dentist, loves this place now. I convinced him to return after ten years, and he not only came back but enjoys it so much that he schedules his own appointments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
Implants and Full Arch
Complex implant work goes to our own surgical practice.
Some cases need more than a general chair. Full arch reconstruction, multiple implant placement, bone grafting and cases that other offices have already declined all call for a room built specifically for that work.
Elevate Smile Solutions in Montville is that room. It is owned by Dr. Brian Marino and Kristen Marino, the same owners as Whitehouse Station Center for Dentistry, and it is the surgical and full arch practice within our group. When your treatment plan calls for implants at that level, you are not referred out to a stranger. You are seen by our team, in our building, about 45 minutes from here.
Your records go with you, your general care stays here, and the two offices talk to each other because they answer to the same people.
- Full arch and All-on-X reconstruction
- Single and multiple implant placement, including grafting
- Second opinions on cases that were declined elsewhere
- Sedation up to and including IV
